Southeastern Community College Southeastern Community College has two locations for advanced education in Lee County, the South Campus is located in Keokuk and a satellite location in Fort Madison. Based out of Burlington, Iowa, Southeastern Community College provides a variety of training options including college credit courses for high school students, certificate programs, technical training, associate degree options and professional development courses. University of Iowa – located in Iowa City, Iowa, the University of Iowa is a major national research university, the university of organized into eleven colleges offering more than 100 areas of study and 7 professional degrees.
